When it comes time to purchase corporate gift baskets there are certainly plenty of choices, but how do you choose the right one for your clients, when so much is riding on your choice?

To me, it makes sense to find the corporate gift basket which is the nicest, or the highest end which fits in your budget. Outside of thinking about what is included in the basket, why not think a bit about the packaging?

Do you want a generic wicket gift basket with plastic on the outside? Does that truly set your business apart from your competitors? Why not find a company which offers something better in terms of packaging like a wooden box which will also help to ensure that the products (like wine, of course!) comes in good condition. The added bonus is that your company name and contact information can often be added to wooden boxes, which are often kept for years after the basket has been received.

An interesting small winery located in the tiny, charming town of Ojai California which itself was made famous by the show Beverly Hill 90210 as a vacation spot for the Los Angeles elite. Even more interestingly for those looking for wine fundraising ideas this winery, despite not growing many of their own grapes has declared themselves an organic winery. Winemaker Bill Moses does an outstanding job running this beautiful artfully designed estate which is focused on gravity flow bottlings and taking as much care with each bottle as a winery can muster. Given their wide rang of vineyards and styles, results from critics have certainly been mixed but there is a huge amount of hope for the history of this small production winery. The grapes of Grenache, Pinot Noir and Cabernet Sauvignon show the most promise currently, although Syrah and Viognier are long term bets which may put this winery on the so called map.
